Chris and his crew Dave and Clyde did an amazing job replacing our AC; and just in time for 90 degree temps. But most importantly I wanted to mention that Chris was the middle man between my sketchy warranty company (Total Protect/Cinch). They had more stories than Grimm when they had to make their replacement decision and order parts. It took 2 months. Chris stayed with it and persisted with Total Protect until they AC was ordered.
Great company to work with. Dave had to work in a very small attic to install the coil evaporator and he and Clyde were very professional and did a great job with the install.

I saw the Cool Heatings van parked in my parking lot last week and with the sudden heat wave, the A/C decided to take the week off. I contacted them through email and within 24 hours I had an appointment scheduled with Chris and the service call done. No waiting days, and the best part, it was just a tripped switch in the furnace door panel that was fixed easily and cheaply. Tonight I sleep comfortably. I will be using Chris and Cool Heatings from now on. Next up, heater service later in the month.
